By using Chaiverse, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or as per applicable law) to use Chaiverse.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Post illegal content
- Engage in harassment or hate speech
- Violate any applicable laws
Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Chaiverse a limited license to display it based on your privacy settings.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Securing your device
- Protecting login credentials
5. Account Suspension / Termination
Chaiverse reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove content
- Restrict access
Without prior notice for violations.
6. Platform Usage
You agree not to:
- Abuse platform systems
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Exploit vulnerabilities
7. AI & Training Prohibition
- Chaiverse does NOT train AI models on user content
- We contractually forbid such usage
8. Limitation of Liability
Chaiverse is not responsible for user-generated content. We provide the platform "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
9. Privacy
Use of Chaiverse is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
